Hello, I'm Keith Taylor — the founder of Paulo Nagrada and someone who has spent much of his working life in retail.

Growing up in a family business, I learned early on that two things matter above everything else: the quality of what you sell, and the care you give to every customer. Our family business had a substantial presence in the building trade, with a manufacturing facility that taught me the value of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and standing behind the products you put your name to.

I've always been fascinated by the possibilities of online retail. The growth of worldwide shipping has opened up a world of opportunity — making it possible to bring carefully selected products from around the globe directly to customers' doors, quickly and affordably. Paulo Nagrada is my way of combining decades of retail experience with the excitement of a modern, borderless marketplace.
